Field salesmen must record genuine shop visits, accurate GPS tracking, and legitimate inventory counts.
Each organization owns and administers its respective customer, invoice, and employee data.
Unauthorized QR cloning, mock location spoofing, or fraudulent claims result in immediate deactivation.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, installing, downloading, or using TrackChain, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.
If you are using the app on behalf of an employer, retailer, or corporate organization, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
2. Account Registration & Security
Account Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and phone number verification. Any actions performed under your account are your sole responsibility.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete details during registration and profile setup.
Deactivation: We reserve the right to deactivate or suspend any account found to have violated these terms or engaged in unauthorized operational behavior.
3. Field Operations & Acceptable Use
Users operating the mobile application for field sales, distribution, or retail operations agree to:
- Never use mock location providers, GPS spoofing utilities, or automated tap scripts to fake visits or distance travel.
- Only scan authentic physical QR codes and barcodes attached to genuine product units.
- Accurately report cash collections, credit amounts, and delivery confirmations.
- Comply with all applicable road safety and labor laws when operating the mobile app during travel.
4. Warranty Claims & Replacements
Warranty activation and defective unit replacement through TrackChain are subject to manufacturer policy:
- Warranties apply only to authentic serialized units scanned at the time of sale.
- Replacement claims require verified serial validation and proof of defect. Claims originating from store mismatches or altered units will be rejected automatically.
- Fraudulent replacement claims may lead to criminal prosecution and termination of the distributor/retailer partnership.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, source code, designs, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, and logos associated with TrackChain are the proprietary property of the platform owners. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or extract source code from the mobile application or web portals.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for continuous uptime and data accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity or error-free GPS triangulation across cellular networks.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackChain and its officers, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from inaccurate field reports, hardware defects, lost sales profits, or network downtime.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any legal dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts located within India.
